When a building contract is complete and the contractors move out, there is undoubtedly a mess of debris, unwanted items, dirt and dust left behind. This may be a new housing scheme, a block of flats, a public or private sector building and whatever the type, size and state of the new or renovated property, APM have the solution to clear, clean and prepare the building in readiness for occupation.
Providing an end-to-end, post-builders cleaning service, our Builders Cleans ensure that all debris is removed, all hard floors are swept, any ledges, surfaces and carpets are vacuumed, and all surfaces, including walls and ceilings are washed and left hygienically clean. Our teams also clean windows, clearing any paint or plaster specks from glass surfaces, leaving the entire property free of dust and debris, clean and ready for use.
Once all construction is completed and any snagging lists have been finished off, the APM team will add the finishing touch with a deep clean to clear any settling dust and remove any leftover protective coverings, deep cleaning: windows, internal partitions, staircases, balustrades, skirting boards, walls, switches, sockets, ceilings, hard floors, carpets throughout the entire property, leaving the property sparkling.
