We’ve had a busy start to the year at APM Cleaning, which called for a re-assessment of our company staffing.
Those who work with us know that I am immensely proud of our team and believe that a continual program of training and improvement is essential for motivation and progression through the company.
With this in mind, congratulations to Renata, who has been with APM for 14 years, and has recently been promoted to Domestic Contract Manager. Other members of our team have also started the year positively, progressing with their NVQ II in Cleaning and Support Services and it’s also time for one group of staff to undergo their H&S & CSCS cards–vital, especially in these times, as the environment in which we work changes so rapidly.
With these progressions, comes spaces for new recruits and I am therefore delighted to welcome a new team member in Kylie who shall be invaluable in our admin team, looking after our valued customers.
Kylie is not the only newbie as we also welcome another 2 new admin apprentices in Rosa and Connor; each and every member of our team at APM has a part to play in ensuring our contracts are fulfilled to the absolute satisfaction of you, our APM customers.
