Working within a social care environment, APM Cleaning & Repair is keen to support the efforts of charities involved in raising funds to improve care and research within the sector.
We have previously hosted events such as ‘Denim for Dementia’, donating funds from our staff to contribute to work which helps those affected by these awful diseases.
This time, Team APM would like to ask for your help with another of our chosen charities, by Recycling for Alzheimer’s Society.
A great way to raise funds and it’s as easy as having a clear out of old jewellery, foreign coins, cameras and film, stamps, old technology devices and even cars! Everything is accepted; even odd earrings, broken cufflinks, obsolete currency and unwanted items and simple to donate with local drop-off points and jewellery bags for sending by Freepost.
You can also help by taking part in a Memory Walk, joining a host of stars from screen to stadiums unite against dementia for Alzheimer’s Society.
We want to make a difference and hope you can join with us too in supporting those within the social care environment.
