We offer full care packages for landlords. This includes inspections, inventories and videos staged before tenants move in, at mid-term and before the moving out date.
We’re fully insured against accidental damage and our teams can collect and return keys to save you time. We can also manage the entire property changeover for you, from carpet cleaning and the supply and assembly of furniture, to any necessary repairs, cleaning or lock changes.
